The Kanga Systems Halt Handcuff Pouch equips a duty belt or plate carrier with secure, accessible restraint carry. Constructed from rugged Cordura® with expanding elastic side panels, the Halt Pouch accommodates most standard chain or hinged handcuffs with a snug, rattle-free fit.

A metal grommet drain hole at the base sheds water and debris in adverse weather, and the low-profile design keeps the pouch out of the way on a duty rig.
