Built for those who run toward danger, the 5.11 Tactical Responder Hi-Vis Parka 2.0 in Dark Navy is an ANSI-certified hi-vis waterproof duty parka for emergency responders, traffic enforcement officers, and first responders working roadside and in heavy weather. Certified to ANSI/ISEA 107-2020 Type R&P, Class 2, the parka combines a 10K/10K 2L hardshell with Tac Dry® Waterproof Breathable + Blood Borne Pathogen performance and 3M® Scotchlite® reflective tape - keeping you safe, seen, and protected in the worst conditions the job throws at you. Fully seam-sealed construction locks out weather across every join.

Built around real response needs, the parka features a centre-front zipper with external and internal storm flaps and a chin guard for total weather seal at the front. The rollaway hood stores inside the collar when not needed, keeping the profile clean without leaving the hood behind. Articulated sleeves with adjustable cuffs deliver mobility and a locked-in fit at the wrist, while anti-slip fabric at the shoulders keeps radio slings, camera straps, and shoulder-carry gear from slipping. Attached mic/camera loops handle radio and body-worn camera integration.

Storage is built for full response kit. Left and right chest document pockets, left and right sleeve stash pockets, large flap cargo pockets with internal organisation, hand pockets set under the cargo pockets, and internal zipper drop pockets deliver total EDC and admin carry capacity. The Quixip® system at the side seams provides rapid firearm access and adjustable ventilation. Loop platforms at the left and right chest and back accept name tape, rank, or designation patches. An adjustable hem with internal shock cord system seals in warmth and keeps out drafts. Zip-in compatible with the 5.11® Tactical Fleece Jacket 2.0 for full cold-weather layering.
