The tough polyester shell is treated with a durable water-repellent (DWR) finish that sheds light rain, snow, and surface moisture, keeping the down dry and lofted.

The packable design stows into its own pocket for compact carry in a pack, kit bag, or vehicle - deploy it when the temperature drops, stash it when it warms up.
