Re-engineered from the original 5.11 Tactical 3-in-1 Parka, the 5.11 Tactical 3-in-1 Parka 2.0 is a modular duty parka system for law enforcement officers, emergency responders, security professionals, and duty operators working across all-weather conditions. The 2.0 version delivers mechanical stretch for improved flexibility in the field and comes in 13% lighter than the original. The outer shell is a 5.2 oz 100% polyester hardshell with 2L plain weave construction, DWR finish, and Blood Borne Pathogen (BBP) resistance - certified to EN 343:2019 Class 4-3-X with a 10K/10K waterproof and breathable rating and fully seam-sealed construction.

The system delivers three configurations from one purchase: wear the outer shell alone for wet-weather protection without bulk, wear the removable fleece liner as a stand-alone five-pocket tactical jacket, or combine them for full cold-and-wet weather duty. The removable inner jacket is constructed from 10.3 oz 100% polyester tech fleece with anti-pilling treatment, nylon 6 water-resistant overlays, and adds five pockets including document pockets to the system.

Built around real duty needs, the outer shell features a two-way centre-front zipper with external and internal storm flaps and chin guard, a rollaway hood that stores in the collar (or detaches and stashes in the back pocket), mic loops, an included camera loop kit, and removable pull-out ID panels at the left and right chest and upper back for on-duty identification. Left and right chest ReadyPockets™ store phone, sunglasses, or extra magazines. The Quixip® system at the side seams provides rapid firearm access and enhanced ventilation, while back body comms access welts route radio and BWC cabling cleanly. Articulated sleeves with adjustable cuffs deliver mobility and a locked-in fit, and an adjustable hem with internal shock cord system seals out drafts.
