We're obsessed with backpacks here at TacSource and are always on the lookout for awesome packs. The Pentagon Kryer is just that!!
Our staff wanted a day pack they could use while travelling interstate/overseas, day trips with the family and a daily work pack that doesn't look too tactical although still has the practicality of a tactical backpack. The Pentagon Kryer Backpack ticks all these boxes.
External - The packs is aesthetically pleasing! Made from highly durable 500D Nylon Cordura, it features Laser Cut MOLLE which doesn't make it look too tactical, bungee cord webbing for extra storage and three stiffened loops on either side of the pack (great for hanging carabiners from). Mesh water bottle pockets on either side, double tension straps which run up the entire sides of the packs, comfortable grab handles and reinforced bottom (Rhino skin) for added abrasion resistance. grab handles are placed on the top and bottom of the pack making it easy to grab from overhead compartments etc.
Internal - The front 'admin' pocket is a favourite of ours as it features multiple pockets, pens slots key hooks and more! It's the perfect organisational pocket with the zip running down the entire side enabling it to open fully. The front of this compartment features a soft lined pocket ideal for sunglasses or valuables.
The main compartment of the Pentagon Kryer Pack comes with two large mesh pockets and a mesh hydration pocket secured with a hook and bungee cord. Drainage pockets and hook and look closures to keep the bladder in place also!
Straps - We absolutely love the straps and back padding on this pack! The straps are fully adjustable padded anatomic shoulder straps with D-rings, MOLLE panels and quick release buckles. The backing is slightly raised mesh (super comfortable) which allows a little air flow between your back and the pack - one of our favourite features. Pentagon have also included a panel which allows you to attach the pack onto a rolling duffel while travelling - see below image.
