The North American Rescue HyFin Vent Chest Seal Compact Twin Pack is a vented chest seal designed for the treatment of open pneumothorax and tension pneumothorax following penetrating chest trauma. Each twin pack includes two individually wrapped chest seals, so you can address both entry and exit wounds or hold one in reserve for staged use. It's built for IFAKs, trauma kits, and responder bags used by paramedics, law enforcement, and security teams.

A 3-channel vent design allows air to escape during exhalation while preventing air from entering the chest during inhalation, and it continues to work even if two of the vents become obstructed. An advanced adhesive is designed to hold on wet, bloody, or hairy skin, and a large red pull tab allows fast, one-step application. A sterile gauze pad is included for wound preparation, and the compact packaging suits field and duty kits.
