The Elite First Aid OLAES Modular Bandage 4" (10.2cm) Flat is an all-in-one modular trauma dressing designed for bleeding control and wound care in the field. Developed with input from combat medics and first responders, it suits IFAKs, trauma kits, and medic bags used by EMS, law enforcement, and security teams.

It includes 3m (9.8ft) of sterile z-fold gauze, a removable occlusive sheet for chest wounds, and a pressure cup for focused compression. The pressure cup can also be used as a rigid eye shield, in line with CoTCCC (Committee on Tactical Combat Casualty Care) guidelines. Integrated hook-and-loop Control Strips™ help prevent accidental unrolling, keeping application secure and controlled.
