The 5.11 Tactical 8.75lb PT-R™ Flex Weight Plate Pair is a conditioning accessory built for weighted bodyweight training. Each plate encapsulates steel weight inside a compression-molded EVA foam shell, giving you consistent resistance without the rigidity of a standard weight plate. A multi-axis flex design allows the plate to bend and adapt during dynamic movement, reducing pressure points through high-rep training sessions. The pair is designed to integrate with the 5.11 Taconic Weight Vest for a secure, balanced fit.

This set includes two 8.75lb plates for a combined 17.5lb of added resistance, suited to training and conditioning use. Before use, confirm the plate is properly secured in the weight vest using both the internal strap and external closure flap. A 5.75lb plate option is also available for lighter resistance or progression training.
